Support Plans
Our support plans below won't encompass everyone - some businesses will need more, and some will need less. We work with you to determine the best IT solution customized for your network.
With every new support plan, we start the engagement with a full network analysis. We'll look for security holes, missing patches, outdated hardware and more. Your network is studied from top to bottom to get a very granular health check. After everything's been checked out, we'll write up our findings in an easy to understand report complete with technical summaries and recommendations.
24x7 Remote Monitoring
We can monitor your network and hardware - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If a failure or error occurs, we'll know about it - and let you decide what to do next.
Remote Service Plan
Using a variety of remote support tools, we'll take care of any issues that can be handled remotely. We will continue to monitor your network and hardware and proactively take action when needed. If on-site service is needed, we provide it with hourly support.
Full Service Plan
Including on-site support in blocks or unlimited quantities, this plan gives you the freedom to truly focus on your business. We'll work with you in determining how much on-site support you'll need for a custom plan. Quarterly technology reviews prepare you for upgrades or possible growth problems.
On-Call Support
Even if you're not already enjoying our services, we're on-call for you. We have a certified network technician available at all times.
Projects
We offer a large variety of services on a per-project basis. These include design, implementation, asset inventory, analysis, and documentation services.
